Rucker's Shine Services provides House Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-in Cleaning, Move-out Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Rucker's Shine Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Rucker's Shine Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rucker's Shine Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Rucker's Shine Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Rucker's Shine Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AZ.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
